Pre-Medicare Retirees and their dependents enrolled in the Group Medical PPO Plan have access to an Accolade Care Advocate — a single point of contact to help answer all your health and benefits questions. Your Care Advocate is there to help you understand your healthcare coverage, resolve medical claims or billing issues, find an in-network provider and much more.
In addition, members living with a chronic health condition have several support systems with Accolade – your Care Advocate and team of nurses. Your dedicated nurse will help coordinate your care and provide any guidance or education you might need. They’ll help you navigate your healthcare with ease and achieve the best possible level of health.
Accolade Care Advocates are not alone, they are backed by a team of doctors, nurses and clinical specialists, all working together to get you to the right care when you need it.
